These practices are examined by the ACM as potential unfair commercial practices.
What the AVG Requires of Your IPTV Provider
The AVG (Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming) is the Dutch implementation of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It applies to any organisation processing the personal data of people in the Netherlands, regardless of where the organisation itself is based.
